PREMISES EMERGENCIES EQUIPMENT PLUG-IN SOFTWARE (PEEPS)

PEEPS is a security value added service NISPSAS proprietary software developed as a plugin interface to assist public integrate their home security equipment to the police and other security agencies. Example of such equipment include CCTV, electric fence, burglar alarm, panic button etc. This machine to machine interaction enables the Force to receive crime threat alerts when there is crime such as kidnapping, banditry, breaking-in, etc. are happening and proactively respond.

PEEPS was approved by the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) as public crime alert system but could not work because there was no IGR base platform for its operation. With the establishment of POSSAP as an IGR platform, PEEPS become easy to operate.

Similarly, PEEPS will improve police and other security agencies outfit image and confidence in the eyes of the public, because homes, schools, farm, etc. will be able to reach the police and other security agencies and assist the public to access the needed timely help.

It is worthy to note that most of this equipment cannot connect to any Security Agencies. It is estimated that an average of 1,850,000 CCTV, 1,350,000 burglar alarm, 1,500,000 electric fence, 250,000 panic button etc. are presently installed in Nigeria.

With PEEPS software technology, the above listed equipment of any make or model can integrate through process of registration without the owners changing their equipment. PEEPS utilize NISPSAS proprietary protocols to optimize the various plug-in process. This enable our client to utilize same lives saving, properties protection and proactive response software for revenue generation.
